HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our warehouse.

Your return needs to arrive back to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery. It is your responsibility to send the item/s back to Reika’s warehouse if you require a refund.

Reika does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Please ensure that you use an insured and tracked courier service and keep hold of your returns slip to ensure your return safely reaches our warehouse as we will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages.

Please allow 14 business days to process your return once it is received by our warehouse (you will be notified via email when our warehouse receives your return).

Reika items must be returned via mail.

We offer refunds to your original payment method on all full priced items returned to us within 30 days from the date of your delivery.

 

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Returns must adhere to the following:

  • ●  Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • ●  Items must not contain any evidence of wear, marks, scratches, stains or odours

  • ●  *If the above is not adhered to when you make the return. Reika reserves the right to return the item back to you.

 

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Please keep an eye on the tracking for your return as this makes its way back to us. Once you see this has reached our warehouse please allow 14 working days for this to be processed. Within this time you will be sent an email to confirm your refund has been processed. It can then take a further 5 working days to appear in your bank account.

RETURNS ARE NOT FREE

We are not offering free returns and it is the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us. This is due to the size and nature of our business currently and the impact this would have on our ability to make an impact.

I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY DELIVERED PARCEL

In the unlikely occurrence you have received an incorrect item, a faulty item or something is missing from your order please email our customer service team at ​support@reikabags.co.uk and one of our Customer Service Specialists will assist you.

PACKAGE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO REIKA

If your tracking shows your parcel has been "returned to sender" this is most likely due to an address issue. If this occurs please contact our customer service team at support@reikabags.co.uk and one of our Customer Service Specialists will assist you.

Store credit on an e-gift card is offered for any returned sale items or items purchased using a discount code.
