Lifetime Guarantee

All of our products are designed and built to last. A key part of our design process is to ensure durability and longevity - through a combination of performance materials and leveraging years of industry experience working with soft goods construction.

We’re confident in the longevity of our products. therefore we offer a lifetime guarantee on all of our backpacks and bags. If your bag breaks, we’ll try to repair it to avoid generating more waste, and if for any reason we can’t, we’ll replace it free of charge.

To activate your warranty, email us at support@reikabags.co.uk with your order number, the name of your item and a brief description of the issue you've experienced with the product and supporting imagery or videos where necessary. Once received, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm your return and assist you in the process of shipping your bag back to us. 

Please note that our accessories are not covered by our lifetime warranty and are subject to statutory warranty coverage of 12 months.

The Fine Print 

The Limited Lifetime Warranty Period for items purchased from Reika Bags Ltd. is twenty-five (25) years from your order date.

This warranty relates to manufacturing and workmanship. It does not cover any problem or damage to an item that is caused by or originates from:

• Installation / application failures
• Intentional modifications or third-party repairs
• Items not manufactured by us
• Items not sold by us or our authorised resellers
• Misuse or mishandling of the product
• Theft or loss of the product
• Damage caused by improper use of the product​
• Damage caused by poor storage, burns, solvents, animals, exposure to extreme temperatures or natural phenomena
• Cosmetic damage to the product that occurs after product delivery.​

This warranty applies to all products purchased directly from us (Reika Bags Ltd.).

Please check the quality of the items when they arrive and contact us immediately if you have any concerns.

If your product was gifted to you, please note that you will need the original order number for any warranty claims so that we can process your request. This warranty only applies to the original recipient of the product.

Reika Bags Ltd. reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party, to modify, suspend or terminate this warranty.

Promotional items (those sent for the purpose of carrying out reviews, videos, etc.) and complimentary items (those sent by our Customer Experience team as a goodwill exception) are not covered by this warranty.
